The JCQ Regulations state that the work which you submit for assessment must be your own. You must not copy from someone else or allow another candidate to copy from you. If you copy the words or ideas of others and don’t show your sources in references and a bibliography, you will be committing plagiarism —and that’s cheating.
A first attempt at a unit is paid for by the schools, however, subsequent re-sits are payable by the student.

Should a candidate be too ill to sit an examination, suffer bereavement or other trauma or be taken ill during the examination itself, then it is the candidate’s responsibility to alert the centre, or the examination invigilator, to that effect.
If you know you are going to be arriving late for an exam you need to contact the exams office on 0121 322 8844 as soon as possible and advise of the reason for lateness along with estimated time of arrival.
